It’s never too late to learn to swim and with our small groups you will see that you are not the only one! Our swimming pool is the perfect depth for beginners and keeps you safe in the knowledge you are never out of your depth. Swimming Lessons terms are open to members and non-members, vary from 6-8 weeks duration and are open to swimmers of all levels.
Our adult swimming lessons are designed to teach adults how to swim or improve their existing swimming skills and are led by qualified swimming instructors.
The adult swimming lesson curriculum varies depending on the skill level of the participants, but it generally covers basic techniques such as proper breathing, floating, kicking, and arm strokes. More advanced lessons focus on refining these skills, as well as learning more complex swimming techniques like diving, flip turns, and butterfly strokes.

Aqua Fit is a fun and challenging exercise class performed in the water. It is designed to give you a full body workout, using the water as your resistance. Suitable for people who can’t swim but are confident in the water, injury rehabilitation and aerobic enthusiasts. This is by far one of our most popular classes.
