Suitable for people who can’t swim but are confident in the water, injury rehabilitation and aerobic enthusiasts. This is by far one of our most popular classes.

Frequently Asked Questions

All you need to bring to the class is comfortable swimsuit, swim hat, a water bottle, a towel and a lock for the changing room lockers.
