LES MILLS GRIT™ Cardio is a high-intensity body workout that focuses on your cardiovascular fitness with increased speed throughout the class to get maximise calorie burn. This class burns more calories than most HIIT workouts. This class uses intense and challenging bodyweight workouts that will push your body to get fast results. With upbeat music and lots of motivation, you will be pushed to achieve the most out of your workout.

Frequently Asked Questions
All you need to bring to the class is comfortable workout clothes and runners, a water bottle and a towel. All equipment needed for the class will be available in the studio.
The instructors will provide exercise modifications throughout the class to suit every level of fitness. We recommend to start with light resistance if it’s your first time, you can build the intensity to suit your ability. If you are pregnant we recommend talking with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they have the best knowledge of your medical history.
Les Mills Grit Cardio is designed to complement your training. For awesome results we recommend you do GRIT Cardio 1-2 times a week.
