BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact with no complex moves to master. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.
The BodyCombat instructor will guide you through each move with various options available depending on your ability. This is a high-intensity workout that is superb for burning fat, releasing stress and improving your co-ordination. It offers a way to challenge the body, improve cardiovascular fitness, while having fun in a group exercise setting.

BodyCombat is a high-intensity class that works the entire body and is great for burning calories and fat. It also helps build your cardio endurance, muscle toning, co-ordination, agility and speed, while leaving you feeling empowered after each class.
FAQ's
All you need to bring to the class is comfortable workout clothes and runners, a water bottle and a towel. All equipment needed for the class will be available in the studio.

We recommend 2-3 classes a week for great results.
