Bootcamp workouts include interval training, alternating between bursts of high-intensity exercise and short periods of rest or lower intensity. This approach can lead to increased calorie burn, improved cardiovascular fitness, and efficient use of time.
All you need to bring to the class is comfortable workout clothes and runners, a water bottle and a towel. All equipment needed for the class will be available in the studio.
