Hatha Yoga focuses on posture, breath control and meditation. This class uses a combination of physical postures from gentle and restorative and breathing techniques to balance the body and mind.
In Sanskrit the word ‘ha’ means sun and ‘tha’ means moon, the words together represent the balance of opposing forces. Hatha Yoga seeks to harmonise these energies within the body.
All you need to bring to the class is comfortable workout clothes and runners, a water bottle and a towel. All equipment needed for the class will be available in the studio.
Our Hatha Yoga class is a live class. Our Fitness Instructor will help guide and motivate you throughout the class pushing you to achieve your best results.
