WHAT IS LES MILLS CORE?
Inspired by elite athletic training principles, LES MILLS CORE™ is a scientific core workout for incredible core tone and sports performance. This class is designed to provide a challenging and effective workout targeting the muscles of the abdomen, lower back, and hips.
All the moves in LES MILLS CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. During the workout, trained Instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Plus there are some hip, butt and lower back exercises too.
THE SCIENCE OF lES MILLS CORE
This program hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, as well as improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.
FAQ's
All you need to bring to the class is comfortable workout clothes and runners, a water bottle and a towel. All equipment needed for the class will be available in the studio.
LES MILLS CORE is for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. The moves are simple and low-impact options mean you choose the intensity. You will soon experience the benefits of increased cardio and functional fitness. You never know until you go.
