RPMis a fun, low impact cycling workout that provides an effective cardiovascular and strength training session burning up to 500 calories a class.

During the class you will be taking on a journey of sprints, hill climbing and flat riding.  Les Mills RPM is a fun and challenging class that is perfect for all levels of fitness. You have complete control of your own resistance and speed allowing you to push your fitness to new levels by building up the resistance over time.

Les Mills RPM has numerous benefits from improving cardiovascular health, increasing endurance, reducing stress, providing a fun group workout setting for meeting new friends while providing an upper and lower body strength workout that is guaranteed to burn lots of calories.

Frequently Asked Questions

All you need to bring to the class is comfortable workout clothes and runners, a water bottle and a towel. Cycling shorts or padded bike saddle cover will make the ride more comfortable but they are not essential. All equipment needed for the class will be available in the studio.

This class is suitable for all levels of fitness. The instructors will provide options throughout the class to suit everyone. We recommend to start with light resistance if it’s your first time, you can build the intensity to suit your ability. If you are pregnant we recommend talking with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they have the best knowledge of your medical history.

For awesome results we recommend you do RPM 2-3 times a week. Add some strength training with a BodyPump class or core training.
