The Les Mills Trip class is similar to Les Mills RPMâ„¢ but what sets them apart from each other is that the Trip offers a totally immersive workout experience. The Trip guarantees to take your fitness class to the next level with it’s fully immersive virtual cycling class that combines a fun workout with a journey through a digitally-created world. This class is designed to push you to your limits while burning some serious calories.

Scientific studies has shown that The Trip has many benefits. It’s clever use of lights, visuals and upbeat soundtrack work to distract you from the workout allowing you to push yourself even further to achieve maximum results so that you can burn calories faster, lose fat quicker, increase stamina while getting super fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

All you need to bring to the class is comfortable workout clothes and runners, a water bottle and a towel. All equipment needed for the class will be available in the studio.

This class is suitable for all levels of fitness. The instructors will provide options throughout the class to suit everyone. We recommend to start with light resistance if it’s your first time, you can build the intensity to suit your ability. If you are pregnant we recommend talking with your doctor or midwife who will advise you appropriately as they have the best knowledge of your medical history.

For awesome results we recommend you do The Trip 2-3 times a week. Add some strength training with a BodyPump class or core training.
